Hyperpolyglot is a language learning application that provides audio immersion, flashcards, spaced repetition, and AI-powered translation across 24+ languages.

3. Subscriptions

Hyperpolyglot offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed weekly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of phrases and content you create within the app. By using our AI translation features, you grant us permission to process your text for translation purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hyperpolyglot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. AI translations are provided for learning purposes and may not be perfectly accurate.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
